Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions that meet customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to speak English, Telugu, and Hindi fluently.
