1. Service-Based Refunds (Digital Services)
- Once a digital service (BBPS payments, energy audits, subscription plans, etc.) is successfully initiated or delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the specific cases outlined below.
- Refunds are processed exclusively for failed or duplicate transactions that are verified through our payment partner or bank reconciliation process.
2. Product Returns (Physical Devices)
This section applies to physical products purchased through our platform (e.g., Smart Plugs, Bijli Auditors, etc.).
- Return Window: You can raise a return request within 7 calendar days of the product delivery date.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Processing: Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or customized devices.
- Services that have already been fully delivered or consumed (e.g., a completed audit report).
- Software licenses or digital activation codes once delivered or activated.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Dispatch/Pre-Activation: Orders (both for physical products and services) can be cancelled before the product is dispatched for delivery or before the service is officially activated/begun.
- Post-Dispatch/Post-Activation: Once an order has been dispatched or a service has been activated, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable and approved) are processed internally within 7–10 working days after the date of approval.
- Please note that the final reflection of the funds in your bank or card account may take additional time, depending entirely on your bank's processing timelines.
