Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and scaling the company’s inside sales and digital onboarding operations. This role involves managing tele-calling teams, driving high volume customer onboarding, improving conversion rates, and establishing structured processes to support sustainable growth. The position requires strong leadership capabilities, data-driven execution, and experience in managing large-scale customer acquisition programs.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and scale inside sales and tele-calling operations to meet onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and performance-manage a growing tele-calling team.
  • Drive digital onboarding of business customers through structured sales and activation workflows.
  • Own and improve onboarding funnel performance, including activation, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Develop standardized onboarding processes, scripts, and operational playbooks.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and prepare management reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product, operations, and leadership to align onboarding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer experience guidelines.
  • Support regional growth initiatives aligned with regulatory and market requirements in Telangana.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 6 –10+ years of experience in inside sales, digital onboarding, customer acquisition, or SaaS growth roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling tele-calling or inside sales teams.
  • Proven ability to onboard large volumes of customers consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Telugu is preferred due to regional operational focus.

  • Number of new customer onboardings per month

  • Process efficiency and scalability of onboarding operations
